"The world consists of only 10 types of people. First, the ones who understand binary and second, the ones who don't".

    The number system that we use is Decimal (Deca means 10 - there are 10 digits from 0-9).

    The language used by computers is binary ( only two - 0 and 1).

    So, 10 (that is 1 followed by 0, is binary equivalent of decimal number 2).

    So the above statement is right. Reason: 10 in binary = 2 in decimal
