    OCTAL and DECIMAL are two different numbering systems. 25 in DECIMAL (the number system used by humans) is equivalent to 31 in OCTAL.

Hey there, Lets talk about Information. Many a times we are not the first hand recipients of information. We receive information from someone or through the Internet or the media. Some of us are wise enough to ponder over the details received from any third or fourth party sources but most of us blindly believe in what comes around from Mr.XYZ and everyone around.
